Our restaurant offers the typical food, famous for its selection , which brings us back to the history of this land.
You can taste typical dishes, fish, roast meats, the famous Carasau bread, cheese, shellfish and wines.
We also serve the wheat pasta with the typical sauseges sauce, as well as “i fagottini” filled with the traditional cheese called “ricotta” and the “gnocchi” with pecorino cheese. We can’t forget the famous “porcetto”, the shewered pork and spicy with rosemary and myrtle.
Moreover, cakes are delicious and different from one place to another as the “seadas” which are filled with fresh cheese and have a sour taste, fried and covered with honey or sugar. Some others with orange peel, candied in the honey and covered with toasted almonds, and delicious liqueurs that are particularly famous.
